Refund policy

At Rubaaz, we are committed to delivering safe, hygienic, and high-quality beauty products.
Because beauty and personal care items are sensitive in nature, we have a strict no-returns policy except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.

📦 Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or leaking product

  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@rubaaz.com.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.

🔄 Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will:

  • Send you a replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability)

  • If the same product is not available, you may choose an alternate product of equal value or receive store credit for the amount paid

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if a replacement or exchange cannot be provided.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, as we cannot refund in cash.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging or tamper seals

  • Items not reported within 48 hours of delivery

📝 How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at support@rubaaz.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number, issue description, and clear photos/videos of the product

  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps

  • All returns/exchanges are subject to quality and safety checks.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product fails our inspection or if the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
